Since I’m going out of town for Thanksgiving, I find myself at a loss about what to do. I didn’t have to fight the crowds to buy everything for an official Thanksgiving Dinner and I’m not thawing a bird. Maybe I’ll make some Ratatouille tonight. I feel I need to cook something that takes a bit of time.
